You Break Through

As an kid growning up i was terrified of the dentist. That fear followed me as an adult. Dr Forbes and all the staff there make me feel comfortable to come back every time. High recommend this office. Also shout out to Katie for always making me laugh.

I went into my dental appointment Saturday August 1st expecting to need a root canal, but thankfully, Dr. Musand was able to save my tooth by removing my old filling, cleaning out the cavity, and placing a new filling instead. I am beyond GRATEFUL for her expertise and honesty! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walked me through all of my options, and made sure I understood each step of the process. She continuously checked on me throughout the procedure and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Arizet as well, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the appointment. Her calm and caring demeanor made such a difference. I also want to recognize Erin, who is the first person you see when you walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind! She is so kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive and sets such a warm, inviting tone for the entire office. I left feeling so relieved and incredibly thankful, especially knowing that Dr. Musand was able to preserve the integrity of my tooth and help me avoid a root canal. The entire team made what I expected to be a stressful appointment into such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptional dental care!!

My experience started last Tuesday when I chipped a tooth, I thankfully was able to get a sameday appointment, where I was seen by Dr. Ahn, and Dr Forbes. I told them right away about my Dental Anxiety and they were very accommodating and amazing. Dr. Ahn started my appointment and Dr Forbes was there at the end, she really helped me feel less anxious by talking me through the process and making me as comfortable as you can be in that situation. I ended up need a following procedure that they were thankfully able to schedule for Saturday of the same week. I have never felt so thankful to and not judged by any Dentist. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Big shout out to Arizet and Jackie who were to help as well. Thank you all for making Federal Way Modern Dentistry a place I will continue to go to for my dental care.
