I feel so blessed. I have been embarrassed to smile for so long. My insurance finally started on 12-1-2025. I called Federal Way Modern Dentistry. Samantha was so helpful and kind when I called for an appointment. I was able to be seen this morning at 10. I met Jackie. She made me feel safe and slowly I was comfortable to take out my ugly broken partial. Jackie just happened to be on loan from the Auburn location. Such a gift for me. Dr. Ahn popped in to say hi and I didn’t want her to see my ugly mouth either. Both women were incredible and we came up with a plan that fit my budget. Jackie created a beautiful temporary for me and Dr. Ahn began creating my new permanent smile. I left around 2 pm and went back at 6pm to have my new bridge put in. Wow no more ugly broken partial. My smile is beautiful again ❤️ THANK YOU!

I woke up in the middle of the night and needed an emergency appointment first thing in the morning. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Masand and this team! Everyone I came into contact today was outstanding, from their professionalism to reassurance and patient care. I hadn’t established a dentist prior to this since moving from my childhood dentist, thankful that I found this team to take care of me and resolve my issue in less than 12 hours of the emergency occuring. They were slammed on a Saturday morning and still went above and beyond. 11/10 recommend!
